I’ve been collecting Hot Sauce bottles for years…great taste, funny advertising. I had to start over after the great bottle Accident we’re the wife takes the 5th “with I don’t know nothing about it”….

A guy I know loves hot sauce and says this is the hottest he's tried and warns others to use cautiously. Says its good tasting but very hot.

I’m somewhat of a sauce aficionado, but it can’t be just about heat. In fact, too hot or heat just for the sake of it isn’t enjoyable to us. Right now I’m eating my burritos with my “go to” sauce, Cholulas. Hot but not brutal, and good flavour.I get others just to try, and when we go to Mexico my return luggage is full of sauces and excellent Mazatlan coffee. One of our friends is from northern Mexico and she will occasionally part with a bottle of her personal stash but the last one ate my face off. Her tolerance is definitely higher then mine...
There’s a place in Toronto that does mail order, I buy sauces from them and they send them up. They have literally hundreds of varieties.
We have other friends from Jamaica. Some of their sauces will actually harm you. I try them by just lightly wetting the tip of my finger and tasting it and I STILL get burned...
Believe it or not, our sunny and warm summers are great for growing hot peppers; they flourish here. So every year we grow lots of hot peppers. This year I think I have 11 different varieties in the greenhouse and more in the garden.428398DA-FE71-4EDF-B62E-13A78430B65F.jpegBD25B3FA-E74D-4766-B6A3-F4C64AA65B8B.jpeg

This was my favorite for awhile...not actually very hot but very flavorful. But it seems to have gone off the market.

I like very hot sauces too, stuff like Tabasco is practically a beverage, not that spicy.

My buddy makes this stuff... I believe it is 7 blended peppers including the reaper and some cross-pollinated peppers .... all of which he grows. He's short and hairy, hence the name of the sauce. I'd say it's too hot for most people... but for me it's right at the perfect spot where the hot does not overpower the flavor.

I also have a hot sauce bottle collection, but it's only these :thumbsup:halfsquatch.jpeg
