Lightweight hood springs for fiberglass hood?

I'm wondering where everyone gets the lightweight hood springs when going from a metal hood to a fiberglass hood? I want to keep the OE hood latch system and not do pins. This would be on a 68 Coronet with the stock meal hood going to a 69 six pack fiberglass hood with the hood scoop.

Do you really even need the lightweight springs? or would the originals work just fine?

When I got my Six Barrel hood from Pentastar Reproductions my lightweight springs came with it. I wanted to keep the factory latch too. Had the hood since 2012, and the springs still work fine.
