I remember seeing this stuff in the automotive section at Kmart back in the day.

Surprised Phil Swift hasn't re-marketed that as Flex Liquid Tire Chain, in his family of Flex products.

If not, well no wonder it's not around anymore.
If so, well, someone probably outlawed one of the ingredients. Because chemicals on the road are bad(don't mind the metric boat ton of salt they add to them every year though)
