I am looking at a 1968 Dodge Coronet tommorrow.A customer I know is getting rid of,It was his father's whom passed away a year ago.Says it is in good shape,in pieces with everything there.Quarter panel on the left side including the floor pan have been replaced.Needs a little bit more body work and I can do that.It does not have the drivetrain which has been long gone.I don't buy cars on scene and I check them out.Wants $1,500.00 for it.I never bought one yet and is my first time.Fair price? It is going to be a project my 14 year old daughter Taylor and I are going to do this winter.

Mother/Daughter car project? Cool!

1500 isn't bad.

Quarters are available, as are lots of other parts.

Excellent choice as most anything will fit (engine, trans, etc) interior panels are easy to make.plus there's enough metal around her to make you both feel safe!
Enjoy and keep us posted with the progress!

Bought it on the spot after checking it out,I got the $100.00 bills out right away.Everything is there, parts labels in bags. His father did a good job replacing the floor boards and left quarter panel.I have to replace the rocker panels, rust holes.

My daughter is going to see it on Christmas day and I know her eyes are going to light up.I do have an engine,a 360 out of a 1995 Dodge truck turning into a carburated engine.Plan on tearing it down and rebuilding it.I am going to hand the keys including the title to her one day when it comes time, this will be her car handed down to her from me.

Congrat's on getting the car! Post pics when you can.

Congrats, I look forward to seeing some pics. `68's are my favorite! Now I want to see pics of your `67 Imperial and your `68 Coronet.

Sounds like a good price and a nice car.. Good luck to you and Taylor! Please keep us updated, love to see it..
