Looking for information about a 1970 Plymouth GTX. So this is what information that I have. The previous owner in the early 1980’s was named Walter Angst in Imlay City, Mi. He purchased the car from Jeff Van Every or Van Avery I’m not 100 percent sure on the last name. Anyway, Walter Angst traded the car with the clutch out of it for a blue 1973 340 Challenger while he was still in Imlay City, MI around 1983 or so. He traded the car to Robert "bob" Mashburn. Bob kept the car until 1984 until He sold it to Kenneth Viola a high school friend. Kenneth kept the car until 1987 and say he believes the car sold to someone in Orange, Massachusetts. I can’t say for sure what the original engine was but it had a 440 six pack in it when Walter sold it. He also said it was Tor-red so EV2 air grabber hood bucket seat 4 speed Dana 60 car. Black vinyl top black stripe. Kenneth did mention his brother in law thought he had seen the car as late as last summer in Rindge, NH, or possibly still in Orange, Mass. I am Trying to help a friend of mine track the car down as it had his original engine in it. If this rings any bells to anyone please let me know. Shot me a PM or something. Thank you.
