Looking for correct 68 727 Trans for 440

I am looking for a correct A727 transmssion for my 1968 Dodge Charger RT. The car was built May 7, 1968. The transmssion that came with the car is not correct and am look for the right one. I believe the coorect one was either part number 2801541 or 2892093. If you have one or know that one of these is or isn't correct for my application, drop me a line. Thanks

The 2801541 is a correct number for a '68 440HP with the single wire neutral switch. The 2892093 is for a '69 model which has the 3 wire neutral switch. I have seen some late '68's that had the 3 wire but I don't remember what the numbers were. Good Luck matching numbers!
