Looking for owner info 1970 Charger from Parker Colorado

Hi,
I recently purchased this 70 Charger 500 from Montrose Colorado and the owner didn't know nearly anything about it. He purchased it thru one of the well known national auctions in the Summer of 2019.

It is well done and the odometer was zeroed out after restoration. He said the title he got was from Parker Colorado.

Does anyone know of a shop that may have done this work or any other ideas so I could get some more background on it?

Thank you! Nice built lumpy 440 w what appears to be rebuilt 727. It has California N95 emissions which seems to explain the good metal I've seen on it.
