Looking for the original engine for my Blue 1970 RoadRunner, if you have a 1970 440-6 RB engine block please check for VIN stamp 0G204078

Could be located in Texas or Wisconsin or anywhere else by now.

The car was a Texas car originally and ended up in Wisconsin.

Please let me know if you find it.

I have a 6 BBL engine but it will be the summer before I can check it. PM me for email. I bought it in TX in about 1990 with a lime green V code RR that was blue at the time .. but I don't think it was the correct motor for that car maybe correc for your car .. also have another I bought in about 1998 or so when in San Antonio

Still looking for a 1970 440 rb engine block with VIN STAMP 0G204078, I have a question. Where on the engine can this number be found, I understand the frame rail? I had someone recently trying to identify an engine block and he send me this photo is this where I would find the 8 digit vin identifier?

No, that's a casting number.

The place you need to look is right above where the oil pan meets the block, on the right (passenger) side of the motor. It'll be a machined flat about 3 inches long and have the number hand stamped into it.
