los Angelis build sheets

is it true that los Angelis (E) build cars often have no build sheets in them ?

Yes..it seems as if LA built cars are more likely to not have a sheet compared to other plants. However, they do exits so it's worth a look.

FWIW I have two Coronets ('68 & '69) that were built at the LA Plant and I found no build sheet in either one. Both cars were unmolested originals when I purchased them and I looked everywhere in them.

Yep it sux, and no way to get any of the build records they tossed them after the plant closed is what allpar reports. I am in the process of building my own. Here is the document if you want to do your own. I have been trying to match the font with one I found online from a picture, no luck yet.

LA build sheets are far and few between. I have only seen a few. One was an original owner car with the wrong sheet. He was pretty disappointed when I pointed that out to him.
