Love it! Nominate him for the Supreme Court!

A Painesville judge handed out a creative sentence to a man convicted of, among other things, knocking over a portable toilet at an area park.

As part of the sentencing, Judge Michael Cicconetti ordered Bayley Toth to follow horses around the Lake County Fair and collect their manure.

"You act like an animal, you're going to take care of animals. You can go with the horses, sheep, goats, cows and pigs at the fair and you can shovel up their crap after the 4H leaving the pens and it's about that deep. You want to screw around with crap, let you do it," he said during the sentencing.

Toth was found guilty of two charges of criminal mischief stemming from the incident.

He also faces jail time and fines on top of the manure collection duties.

A good liberal lawyer would fight this on the grounds of being "cruel and unusual" punishment !!

There is a judge in Ct that would do that. Very few I bet.

He's getting off easy. He could have to pump portapotties for a little while.

It would have been worth if there was someone in the porta-pottie…..
