I need a heater core for my 67' Belvedere but don't have an original to be re cored.

I see Mancini sells copper and brass ones they claim have correct tube length and placement. Any opinions on them?

Well the Mancini ones are made by OER and the tubes which they guarantee fit correctly are off by at least an inch to the point I can't even get the back cover installed on the box. So it's being sent back. I called them but they where not any help in offereing to resolve the issue other then returning it. Not even so much an apology or concern.

I noticed on my bill they claim it fits from a 65-71 non A/C b-body. With so many different body styles in those years did the cores always stay the same?

Well I can surely say that the heater cores are the same from 1966 to 1969. 1965 and 1970 are different animals.
