Max Wedge carb question

I just ordered a max wedge intake/ carb kit from Mancini for my dad. They said they would send it out as soon as they get the carbs back from being modified. What do they have to get modified on the carbs ? Has anyone ever used that intake/carb kit ?

Cool set-up

I bought my set-up from A&A transmission and Dale Reed in Baldwin Park, CA (Ex NHRA maxie racer) set mine up

So: I'm sure it means that Choke linkage etc is being removed, perhaps Mancinn Racing has a sub-contractor that performs that stuff for them.

Bottom line:
1. Mancinni Racing certainly know what they are doing
2. Give them a call, they will tell you what is being done (Tech Line help)
