Meaning of numbers on die casting parts

Hi guys,

I have a question and as an example I take the inner door handles from a 68-70 B body. I don't know which model they are from.

2935214 (right door handle) and 2935215 (left door handle). These two numbers are the part numbers. If you google them, you will find identical parts.

My question is now once what the 30305 stands for and what the 13968 and the 13969 stands for.

It would be great if someone knows. Would at least get me a lot further.

And don't wonder why the handles are copper plated. I have removed the old chrome and will re-chrome these two beautiful original parts.
