Medallions

I'm afraid to ask, but does anyone know how to change the medallions on the top of the front fenders on the "64" 330,440, and polaras. I see a screw on the front, but there seems like something else holding them in place. Do the fenders need to be removed?

There is a screw on the backside of the febder, take off the front splash sheild and then you can see where it is.
