Missing ?

Puting in my dipstick and starter and what a pain in the posterior that is-should have done those things before the engine went in but then I noticed this open hole passenger side on the block-

This is a 69 440-This is just behind the oil pan
Im pretty sure im just missing a cooling jacket plug or...?

im sure someone knows...

You're not missing anything. If you look at that same side of the block on the front you will see another hole just like it. These are used by the factory to reference all the machining from.
