Mopars in May at CSDR
has been CANCELLED
Inland Mopars Car Club regretfully has to cancel our 17
th Annual
charity-benefit Mopars in May at CSDR Car & Truck Show and Parts
Swap at the California School for the Deaf, Riverside (CSDR)
scheduled for May 21, 2017. We have not been able to get an
approval from CSDR & the State of California to hold the show, even
though we have held a show at the school for 11 years. The school
was notified of the 2017 show date almost a year ago. We were given
an okay back in September 2016, before we printed our first flyer.
This is the first year there has been official paperwork and a
committee to deal with that does not understand what long lead items
are needed to put on a show.
We would like to thank those that have pre-registered, both on-line
& the old fashioned way. Refunds of your registration monies will be
returned. Same goes for trophy sponsors.
Please pass this information on to anyone who may have been
planning on attending. I have e-mails for some but not everyone
knows what a computer is so they may not get the word.
On behalf of Inland Mopars Car Club, I thank you for your interest &
look forward to seeing you somewhere in May 2018. Should you need
additional information, please don’t hesitate to contact me at the
phone number or e-mail below. In 15 years as car show chairman, I
have never had to deal with this much frustration.
