Mopar M1 intake 66-67 Satellite

Anyone using a Mopar M1 intake on a 383 with a stock hood for a 66-67 satellite? Wasn't sure if hood clearance would be an issue.

Nope, I'm not using a M1 on a 66-67 Satellite. If this helps, the single plane M1 is 2" taller than the 1969 factory 4bbl dual plane.

And if this helps I have a factory 440 6 BBL setup under the stock hood of my 66 Belvedere. It's quite a bit taller than the stock iron 4 BBL but I don't know by how much.

My dad had one on his 383 on his 68 charger and had the drop base and ran a 2.5-3 inch air element stock hood no problems

Yes will work had a 440 in my 67 satty with a holley before i took it apart...but I used a 65915 moroso air cleaner close but works!!
