Mopar P5153860AB Performance block?

Has anyone heard what the problem is on the P5153860AB Performance block being on back order for so long? I have had one on order since 4-1-2014 and it keeps on getting back ordered.
Last up date was to be shipped on 6-4-2014.tru Summit Racing. I called Mopar Performance direct, now there saying they won't be released until 7-8-2014.:sad8:

So, what kind of a performance block is this? Hemi, 440, 360, slant 6, 4 banger? Blocks always take a while if they are on back order. They make so many blocks at a time to be cost worthy. They may have to have a certain number of orders to warrant a new production run.

there's other bocks that are the same with smaller Bore 4.25" P5007815 $2303 & bore of 4.310" $2999 both 440 10.72" deck/Siamese Bore, pay to get them bored out to 4.50" if that's what you need, if they're in stock or more readily available... http://www.summmitracing.com/parts/dcc-5007815/overview/
