Welcome to FBBO!

Those are some nice cars you have. The 66 is sharp and the 68 looks like it needs alot of tender loving care. Best advice I can give you is to learn as much as you can about these cars. Take in all the info you can.

Good luck and I'm sure that you will find plenty good folks willing to help out here. :burnout:

welcome

Those are nice cars my 68 Coronet is in the same shape as your charger but they will be assome when they are done.Good Luck

Gotta admire your dedication man.

Welcome aboard.

Maybe by the time you are 20, that 68 will be a beauty.

Keep plugging and thinking about the finished product. That will get you to the promised land.

Welcome to FBBO Reece nice 66 Charger, the 68 is my favorite year, if it turns out half as nice as the 66 you will be a lucky young man to have 2 great Mopars.

fantastic that you're going deep on a resto. The best thing about late nights in the workshop when your a teenager is that it will keep you off the streets and getting into trouble with the law….. at least until you get the old gal out on the road.
Fixing old cars kept me mostly on the straight and narrow when I was a lad.
Good luck man 68 is a great year for chargers

Welcome Reece, Great lookin `66! Probably my favorite interior for a musclecar and the `68 Charger IS my favorite year for the Charger. Start a resto thread so we can watch your progresss and help you out when you need.

welcome Reese.nice to see a young person coming into the car resto.yes you're 68 needs some work but it will be worth it in the end.just ask ???? and we'll answer them.

Nice Ride and fun project you have. Its time to learn how to weld and bring that 68 back to life. I started tinkering with cars (air cooled VWs at the time) when I was 15 and now I'm in my late 30's. Building cars is a never ending cycle of blood sweat tears and smiles. If you can try to find a shop you can be a grunt at. Clean up sweep the floors ect and soak in everything you can. I did that from ages 16-19 at a restoration shop and learned a ton of skills I still use all the time today.

A friend of mine has a shop in orange/Bridge city area.He would love to have a youngin into mopars:icon_bounce:
