Whats the difference between motor wheel and kelsey haynes front drums?

They were different manufacturers that the Chrysler Corporation used for a few years in the 1960s -- and their hubs and studs were different when mounting them to the brake drums.....
What car do you have !??? And what specifically are you looking for !???

I have a 71 rr im just wondering in case I have to replace the original drums on the vehicle. I want to know how do tell the differents between the two?

No. By 1971 , Motor Wheel was out of the equation.
There is only Kelsey-Hayes as original (not that you can get O.E.M. anymore.....
But I do have N.O.S. U.S.A. made brake drums -- for small block --- 10" x 2 1/2" Front & Rear.... And
Big Block --- 11" x 3" Fronts, and 11" x 2 1/2" Rears...
And, I have N.O.S. +++ Asbestos +++ Brake Shoes for nice soft, smoooooth braking ... And they don't rip up the brake drums to smithereens, like this new garbage braking surface material has to do, to attempt to stop.
Yours, Craig.....

When i look up wheel stubs for it on rock auto it’s showing to different stud options even at the local part store.

Now you did it, when Craig @mobileparts sees you're looking to buy from Rockauto he's going to start having chest pains, what local parts store, Napa? That'll put him over the edge.
In all seriousness, Craig can probably hook you up with everything you need, including the correct wheel studs, at good prices too.

You know, I have said for 20 years, and the number keeps getting higher with more wrong listings, if I had one little penny for every WRONG listing that rock auto has, I would have 15 million dollars of theirs!!!!!
That is the case.

I just grabbed my nice old Dorman catalog -- and it does appear that 1971 - 1972 Satellite & Road Runner
Did have the last of the Motor Wheel versus Kelsey-Hayes Hubs situations... So , there ARE two different studs -- the 134 & the 132, and I , of course, have both, and I have the old specifications catalog...That is for Hub & Drums, of course.....
The Hub & Rotor stud is VERY different....

United auto and my 70-71 mopar parts catalog says the same

Just curious can you replace original 11 x 3 MW drums with Kelsey Hayes drums. Just want to make sure they are interchangeable on my 69 Charger
