My first Mopar project....My "new" 68 Charger R/T

Picked up my new 68 Charger project a couple weeks ago, and here she is...



It's a real R/T 440 A/C car thats been in TX its whole life.

Can't wait to get started!

Welcome and good luck. My buddy has 2 69's, one totally redone, Red with black vinyl top and black interior, 4 speed, 440. The other is a barn find "literally", black with a white interior. Look forward to pics of your build.

Thanks everyone. My current plans are to fix all the rot. (which currently includes a floorpan, trunk pan, drivers rear quarter and outer rocker)

I'm not a body guy, so Im not going to spend a ton of time getting everything perfect, just want to get rid of the rot and holes.

I'm going actually for kind of a rat-ish look. I'm going to paint it a very dark and flat green and get it a little lower. I want it to sit just like Jenner's...

First lesson learned, buy a trunk pan that comes in 2 pieces.(Dont miind the mess, been a busy couple weeks with the new car and some new tools.
