My goal was fulfilled yesterday for the year in my 65 Belvedere

Installed wheelie bars to control the violent wheelstands and they work.
1st pass off the trailer went 9.02@149.23 lifting due to a severe crosswind.
2nd pass 1.25 60 foot. 5.64 1/8th mile and 8.92@149.70
3rd pass 1.26 60 foot 5.67 1/8th mile and 8.94@ 149.70
4th pass 1.25 60 foot 5.69 1/8th mile and 8.96@149.68

Great way to end the NENDRA season.

This use to be old racer Russ' car. I believe he is silver sedan on here.
The car was awesome when I got it and it went 10.20'-10.30's. The car has gone thru a total transformation while still retaining all the original steel parts on the car. This car is by no means a light weight.

Congrats Chris. That's a full .10 quicker than mine at the same 60 ft and MPH. That thing pulls through the middle. Is it running a 4.56? Which carbs, Whose converter?

When I go to Atco, I will get the 150+ mph. My light blue dodge was 8.96 and close to 151.+

just checked my time slip mph in the 1/8th was 121+
A1 8" converter and a Strange 4.30 pro gear.
A/F was spot on and I pulled 2 degrees of timing out. Was worried about going too lean on #7 cylinder.

The wheelie bars was the only reason I got the 8 second time slip.
