My smileys at the top of reply box don’t work

My smiley faces or bold or anything at the top of the reply box isn’t working. When I tap on them they give indication of being tapped but nothing happens. They work like normal for me over on FABO

Seriously though ..... I had this same issue when logging on with my phone. It was a few weeks after the last upgrade. The menu dropped down but would not accept commands. Cleared up on its own about a week after I noticed.
Never an issue with the PC or tablet.
