You know I don't actually have one, so I am just going on some research and a pic I found. It's hard to find info on these. It does look a lot like a later A Body manual crossmember, maybe that's what you are thinking.
Yes, it does use a rubber mount that is located between the x member and the tranny.
Brewers in Ohio have them. I think they're $129.00 , plus a core (you can use a auto cross member as a core) , I bought one, for my Fury. They're impossible to find. I looked for two years. The only difference is the top middle plate. Look at the picture you have posted. I made a template out of cardboard, and plan on selling the plate or just converting the auto's to 4-speed ones. But you can buy them at Brewers Transmission. Hope this helps ya out.
I think I have one. call me at 515-480-3891. I'll check in the mean time and see if I have it. I know I have one on a car out back, but I won't be able to get it off for a while. Too much snow on the ground here. But I think I have one off on my shelf.
Thanks everyone for the help. I actually ordered one of the Brewer's xmembers a couple weeks ago so I've got one. I was hoping to get off a little cheaper on this but if anyone is considering one of these they are definitely well done. Overall pretty good for $129 after you return a core to them.
Thanks again for the help.
