Need help decoding fender tag/68 roadrunner

I've never owned a 68 before.

Can anyone help me with the fender tag decoding??? This is Greek to me compared to the 69-70's I'm familiar with

Thank you very much! That was very helpful. The only one I cant seem to figure out is the second alphabetical row, under what looks like the "Z". I believe that is a 7....? Anybody got a clue on this one???
