Need help identifying this

i bought this years ago and can't remember what it was for. I've been unable to identify what car it goes to. Any help would be appreciated.

Looks like a Plymouth Valiant hood ornament. I don't recall ever seeing one on a car though. The insignia is from a Valiant though.

Very specific...how do you know? My first car was a 73 Plymouth Fury III 2-door 360 2bbl. and I don't remember a hood ornament????

It looked familiar - I stared at one from 1978-86 from the buddy seat growing up. 1978 Plymouth Sport Fury was the one I recall. Perhaps on nothers as stated above. I used it as a mock targeting site on 600 mile road trips.
