Depends on the backspacing. I just put 15x8.5 with 3.75 backspace and 275/60 tires on the back of our 69 Bee, and I don't think I could have gone any wider with that backspace. To get 15x10 without any mods, you will need at least 4.5 - 5 backspace. I think it can work, but make sure you measure because it will be very close. As for the fronts, I think 15x8 will work with 4.5 backspace.
for the front, you can go definitely fit 8" wide rim wiht 4.5" bs.. u can use a 10" wide wheel in the back, use 5.5" bs as a starting point. you could probably tweak 5.25 could work too
