Need help with mounting sail panel chrome on 67 Coronet

Well I'm hoping that someone can post a picture of the hole measurements with a ruler or tape measure. I had to replace both sides because of rust and lost my template in the move. Also is the groove in the chrome piece supposed to be painted? Thanks in adance for your help

I do not know for sure about the chrome but someone did me a favor and chromed mine for free one is not perfect there is a hole in the center from corrosion so I am going to epoxy it and spray the center argent I can not afford to keep spending money lol That will be my Chip Foose custom lol
 
Thanks gtxno1, it looks like the holes are level with the top corner of the drip rail, is that correct? I'm almost ready to shoot the paint but I wanted to test fit the trim before hand. Thanks again for your time. Ken
 
7/16 up from the ledge that goes across you see those holes they are pretty forgiving lol
 
Thanks gtxno1, I test fit them yesterday. Going to wet sand with 600 today and shold be ready for sealer and paint after that
