I would bet yes, most definitely, those are a bit tame specs IMO, assuming a proper 50? or lower profile tire

7'' wide is ok. Backspace is going to be close and may rub the outside wheel house. Factory Chrysler 7'' x 15'' steel wheels have a 4.25 backspace.
This is a photo of my 65 with the factory steel wheels using 275/60/15 tires. They fit with no modifications.
No 2 Mopars are the same. 1/2'' negative backspace may be fine. Out of the 5 63-64-65 B bodies I had 275/60/15 fit fine on 2. The other 3 rubbed on one side and that was the passenger side.
I wish I could give you a guaranteed answer.
