Maybe I’m not seeing this in the picture, but all hemi cams have an oil groove on the fourth journal. If it doesn’t have the oil groove there will be no oil to the rockers. Is it possible that you have a wedge cam instead of a hemi cam?

Thanks I ll compare it to one of my wedge cams and re post it. There is not much info on the 1211 on the Bullet website..
