New convertible challenger

Nothing new, they've been building them for years. On a related note, they are ugly as sin with the roof up.

Being a vert fan and having a Cuda drop top back when, I had wondered if Dodge would create a new vert as it woulda been hard for me to pass up. Amazed the factory warranty stays intact less the top. Top adds structural integrity so to cut off a top on a car not engineered for it leaves me wondering a bit. Maybe there's been some beefing up that's not detailed in the article..

There are only a few convertibles that make a roof line on a car look better, don't care for the looks of this one.

The original Challenger looks ok with the convertible top up, however, the 68-70 B-bodies' convertible roofline just doesn't look right.

If they lowered that rear bow it would look better and follow the original lines a little better. But those are ugly.

I never really cared to drive in a car with the top down, that's just me. I don't even use my sunroof on my Grand Cherokee.

My first car was a Cutlass ragtop. Didn't run around with the top down a lot. Wind noise was awful.
That was back when my hearing was good.

here's a 10 years old 2009 MR. Norm's version
it's still a fugly roofline

I think it's all in the A post that makes it look funny.
