Hello everyone. I've been a Mopar fan for a long time, yet do not own any Mopars currently. I have a close friend who has a '64 Max Wedge Savoy, A Hemi Dart & a Demon Sizzler. I went to the Mopar Nats 2009, and this has caused me to be bitten by the Mopar bug again. I owned a '69 Charger w/383 about 20 years ago. Wish I still had it.

I just finished my '66 GTO frame off resto, and have a 1990 454SS pickup that I have owned for almost 20 years. I have bought & sold many vehicles in between. These two are keepers, though.

I want to add a Mopar B body to my garage sometime in the near future. I have a line on a '70 Charger (currently Plum Crazy, but originally B5 blue) that needs a full resto. It is a close friend's car that he bought when we were in High School & it has been sitting since about 1989. He currently has 3 '70 Chargers & only time for one of them. The other one he sold to his brother. My other choice is a '68-'70 Road Runner or a '70 Coronet/Super Bee. There are so many that I want, but cannot afford them all. I am not looking for a numbers matching car, as I plan to do a big cube RB (500+) or possibly a Hemi. The Charger started life as a 318 car, so no worries about heavy modifications to it. I want to do a '70's style drag car with modern big horsepower. I'm not planning to win shows with it, either. Just want something that sounds nasty, runs like stink , & looks evil.

If interested, there are many pics of the GTO & truck on my website: http://www.akvalley.net/~ss/

Welcome aboard. Good luck with the Charger.

Just don't try to take the frame off of this one.
