New member here, I have a 1970 Sport Satellite that I've got some questions on but I'll post those in the appropriate section of the forum. Just wanted to say hello to all.

Welcome to the site lets see some pictures
Currently the only horrible picture I have, it has set in the same condition it's currently in (which is all the body work has been done) for ~14ish years. But I have an upholstery guy coming tomorrow to give me a quote and once I get the headliner and rear packing try I'll get the glass put back in it (new front and reinstall the rear). Once that's done I'll give it a much needed bath and get some better pictures of it. I'll have to dig out the pictures of it when the body was a work in progress so yall can see how it's progressed. I'm still debating on what to do on the engine as well as it was a matching numbers car when I got it but changed the color and now looking to change the brakes. So I don't know if I should leave it a 318 car when I have a 360 to go in it as well or a friend of mine is itching to donate a 318, computer, and wiring harness from a late 90's 1500 truck. I like the idea of fuel injection but I hate to keep taking away for the originality of the car.

Do you know about Legendary Interiors?
The repo correct seat covers.
DIY installation.
It's not hard. That's how I roll.

I have not but I had the seat recovered when it was painted. I had a local guy come out today to price me the rest of the interior which consists of; headliner with sun visors, door panels and the arm rests, carpet, and dash pad for $1,000 with him installing it and painting the seat brackets. Seem fair or?

Hum.
IDK about that. Seems to like a good deal for materials and work involved.
I've never had to recover a dash. I've removed and installed a few which takes some work. I wonder what it will look like when he is finished.
This stuff all seem like just arts and crafts work to me.
Not to technical.
How can a dash be done without removal?
IDK.
I would go this route myself.

This car has a bow and fabric headliner?
People say they are hard.
I've never done one of those either.
But like I always say when people ask me "If I know what I'm doing".
I tell them no, but that hasn't stopped me yet.
