Hi all,
I'm new to this site, but have been a Mopar guy for 20+ years.
Just after high school I purchased my first B- Body - a 71 satellite Sebring plus with a HP 383. She was a bit rusty, but was great hobby and the amateur restoration on it kept me out of trouble.
Well I never thought I could do a proper restoration for it, I toyed with it and had a good time.
When it came time to get married and start a family, it it needed to take a backseat for a while. I never thought I would have the time to really do a restoration, so I kept my eye out for a good donor body. Eventually, I found a very solid, but neglected GTX that needed all the parts that were good on the old SSP. I made the tough decision to part out the SSP, put together the GTX, and at least store it away as a future project.
Now, 10 years later - I am moving to get the GTX restored and back on the street.
Got a new 440 stroker built and have slowly but surely been doing the bodywork and upgrading everything on the car.
This site looks like a tremendous resource.
