Hi, I am a new member from New Berlin, Wisconsin and race at the legendary Great Lakes Dragway in Union Grove, Wisconsin. Been around a while, first started drag racing in 1963. Currently married with a wife and two kids, a house and a large mortgage. Semi-retired from the Life Insurance industry as an IT exec. Currently working part-time for Tower Sites who maintain communcation towers across Wisconsin and Illinois. Current cars include a 1968 Dodge Coronet Super Bee that I purchased new on May 30, 1968 from Grand-Spaulding Dodge and subsequently raced it from 1970 to 2010. Beginning to get it back on the street for cruise nights and general mayhem. Also have just completed a 1971 Dodge Colt with a 500+ inch Wedge motor for bracket racing. Intend to get it out in the next couple of months. Chassis has been certified for 8.50. Hope to glean some information on the use of turbos on a wedge and possibly use of nitrous on the street and strip.
Thanks for allowing me to jump into the fray!:laughing6:

Welcome from Maine!

Welcome from another Minnesota guy. It's great that you kept the Bee. The Colt should be a blast! Those short wheel base cars are neat. I had a 451" Arrow from '85 through '89. Fun ride.
