New member to this forum and telling you about my b-body. '67 ro23 belevedere II that I've owned for the last 47 years. Bought form the original owners, not knowing anything about the car, other than i had seen it in their shop, covered with a tarp, parked in the corner, every time i went to their shop. Made an offer to buy, a friend of mine was to go half with me, but at the last minute, backed out of the deal, so i borrowed, the other half, from the guy who owned the gas station i worked. The car was originally called, The American 3. Got tired of that and renamed her, Native American, as I'm Mohawk indian. As she was intended to be a race car, from the factory, i still do race her. She only shows 190.9 miles, on the odometer, and has gone a best of 9.47@140.43, in legal ss/ea weight. And no, i can't adopt anyone, so they can inherit the car, after i'm gone, as you will have to fight 4 young women (daughters), who think it's theirs already. Thank you for allowing me to join. Dave ss/ea #1355:VB toast::VB toast::VB toast::VB toast:
