Hey All,
I'm Jon from the extreme NW corner of Washington State. I've had a 1969 Charger RT/SE since 1984. It hasn't been on the road for the past 22 years and it's time to see it roll again on it's own. It's been from New Mexico to Indiana, where I purchased it non running. I took it to Florida and drove it to Alaska and back to Florida. I broke the transmission, then trailered it to Maryland and on to Washington. I'm ready to start again, but am unfamiliar with current technology. I realize the drum brakes are garbage and would want to see this beast handle and brake. I want it to look mostly stock(I have always gone toward stock with parts for it), but to be better. It isn't a numbers matching 440 Automatic with a Dana axle.
Suggestions are welcome. There is a club in the area and a friend from work that has a few Mopars for help.

Thanks,
Jon

Welcome to FBBO Jon. I live down by Burlington. Good luck with your project. I usually hit a few shows in the Bellingham, Ferndale area every year. Hope to see your Charger one of these days.

Thanks - I need to get current with the times... My picture is from 1985/86.

Thank You All for the welcoming. I will have to do some research on current builds and go through the motor before firing it up again. I has been sitting for 22 years and the motor has not been turned by hand for 12 years.
