These wheels are NEW w/ NEW center caps the trim rings are new but have some age to them. 2 14x7s & 2 14x6s Still in box just took them out to take pictures. They never had tires mounted on them. I am selling these for my dad. We live in PA. 17856 $400 firm & buyer pays for shipping if he or she doesn't want to pick them up. They also have NEW valve stems. The 14x7s have a 4.25 BS & the 14x6s have a 3.75 BS Thanks
