New & Sneaky CHP Patrol Vehicles

The New Mexico Highway Patrol used a 70 Superbird for awhile back in the day. It was nick named Blackbird. 1st time I saw it was back in the early 80's in a storage yard off of I-25. Saw it again about 20 years ago at a body shop. Not sure what happened to it after that, body shop went out of business about 6 months later.

I have pictures of that one at grizzly storage next to a gold 71 superbee.

Ah yes, nothing builds trust and community like sneaky cops trying to get the jump on the citizens they are supposed to serve.
Nothing deturs crime like vehicles and cops no one knows are there.

No one should have sneaky vehicles below the federal level, and even then it should be limited use.
