My names Jake, 16 years old. I'm from South Carolina and I'm a Moparholic.

Bought a 1973 Charger about a year ago and have been tinkering with it since. My dad knew a ton about cars and helped me out tremendously. Since the car had tranny problems we pulled the engine+Tranny (we didn't have a lift). Once it was pulled we went chugging on the tranny. Took it all a apart, and did a backyard rebuild. While we worked on the tranny I rebuilt the Engine, cleaned it up and made it look pretty. Then started repainting the engine compartment because the owner before me thought it would be cool to throw on a crappy coat of black paint.

All-in-all, I've been helped on FBBO a few times. My uncle (also a Moparholic with a 70 superbee fully restored) showed me this site.

I feel welcome already.

-Jake

Welcome!! Great place to start Jake!! Dive in, get dirty, clean her up, and go!! Didn't have this resource when I started, take advantage and enjoy. picts would be great, we all started somewhere, most in a busted-concrete-floor barn or a lean-too with a dirt floor...
