New to the site...

Name is Josh Culver. I live just east of Columbus Ohio. I've been lurking for over a year and finally decided to join.

Dad would always take me to Brice Road as a kid (80's and 90's) to watch the display of pure muscle race up and down the road. I remember very vividly thinking that when I was older, 'I was going to own one of those cars'. Dad never owned a MOPAR....he was always a GM guy....owning Firebirds, GTOs, Chevelles and Camaros. But, he was a fan of classics, nonetheless.

1 1/2 years ago, I saw the familiar car show on route 70 as the cars came into town. The location has changed and the cars now stage in Heath. I went that year...this time, dragging my own child along. The hot humid air and the smell of burnt rubber brought back some great memories of my own childhood.

At that point I, again, was thinking to myself "when I get older, I'm going to have one of those". Then it dawned on me....I am older.....times a wasting.

Was always a fan of the 68/69 B-bodies. While I still haven't made a purchase, I'm getting closer. I look forward to the future interaction with you all as I continue looking for my car.

Welcome to the site -Capt!
Great choice in B-Bodies--

It's been a little over 9 months since I first introduced myself and 2 years of searching for my car. I can now proudly say that I am the owner of a 1969 Roadrunner. K2 vit-c, 4 speed, N96, 383 car....fender tag and buildsheet. It was a May 1969 build. Hasn't been registered since 1978. Matching numbers throughout....except the engine, the 383HP came out of a 1969 Feb build Roadrunner. Reallistically planning on a 4 year, 900 man hour restoration. As this is my first project, I'm going to have tons of questions....I hope you all don't get annoyed with me. Found the car on this site....Gotta thank Joey for working with me!

Hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving....

Cheers!
