NEWBIE-hi & I have a build in mind! In Nevada. UPDATED w pics!

Ok, so hello, Im new here but not new to mopars. I decided this was the site to join because it says "anything goes" and does not say be careful of every ones toes, liberal feelings, yuppie mindsets or general political topics.

That said, I am not here to stir things up, make enemies or be a jerk.

I am here because I am a 49 year old mopar addict and have been for years. I am no great mechanic and actually have a bad aptitude for it as a whole but do have a nice home shop, lots of mopar stuff and am into old gas pumps, petrolina, mopars trucks, cars, E B and A bodies and have a current build in mind.

I happen to have a 600 plus new 500 eddy headed stroker sitting in the shop with no home. I have a few other cars but really want a max wedge era car to build and am looking for a 63 era Polara fury or similar, or maybe even a 62 Dart polara or if I have too a 64. Nothing later.

I am a hobby body and paint guy, not great at it but good enough for me and my cars, or most of them. So a rolling shell would be fine as its more than likely going to end up Viper Red, black or white. I happen to have some standox Viper red sitting here as well as some PPG in the same color. I want a great road worthy street thumper that demands respect and has a old school look.

I have a 70 Belvedere as well that was my daughter's but alas she would not work on it, so its mine to do what I want with it and I will probably just keep it a 318 car, shoot it B7 blue and drive it like it is. I have other cars but no other B bodies as of right now but have had many over the years.

I want to build this B body Max Wedge era car to be both reliable, have a cross ram and be fast. I want to read this forum, see what you have done and see what works for this rig. I may want some after market A.C. as I live in northern Nevada and it gets hot at times and snows, as it is right friggin now.

So, hi and please give me your ideas on a great project build and if there is something out there that has a title out west thats decent, please shoot me an PM [ I dont need any drive train and I can pick it up as I have a trailer with a winch. I travel to Idaho a lot as I have property up there to retire on.

I also tend to have the weekend cocktail as I like my scotch, maybe a Grey Goose martini shaken/ olive onion and live for great cigars, MOPARS and my family!!!!!

Great site. Please give me some ideas!!!!!!
