Nos soft cap in the box. This is a later issue cap used on 75-up Chargers and Cordoba's tuff wheel. It is the same cap used on 71 Plymouth and Dodge B-body models. The pad is tan and would need to be dyed black. You can untwist the 3 pad tabs, paint and put it back on. The satin ring is nice and this is extremely hard to duplicate always cracked or flaking.
