Not a big Ford guy, but that's a pretty nice old F-100. Hard to fine 'em in the upper midwest that aren't all rusted out. Somebody took good care of that one.

I only support really 2 Marquees when it comes to my vehicles. MOPAR and FORD. That is one nice and clean F-100. That six bangor is just as stout and as reliable as the MOPAR slant 6 too. Enjoy it...

Coming out if Tennesee. Won't be able to go down and get it until after the 1st of the year.

Coming from someone who had a 66 F250 and currently has a 71 F250, I approve!!

I like it. 2wd trucks with steelies and hubcaps are the coolest. If your new to the world of Ford pickups (like me) and/or Fords in general (like me) check out FTE.com. It's a Ford Truck Enthusiast forum that I joined after I bought my 73 F250. Lots of good info there...come by and say Hi. I'm Jonnyuma there too.

My truck WISHES it was as clean as your 68...I kinda do too.

Looks good! I too, have an "off brand" in my fleet. This was my Dad's daily driver for years until my Sister bought him a brand new F100 when he was about to retire.

clean ol' 68 F-100

NIIIICCCCEEEEE!!!!

I've been looking for very much the same setup myself...want something to teach the kids to drive stick on, that they could actually stall out (my 1-ton cummins won't stall unless you REALLY dump the clutch in about 3rd gear) ... I figure a three on the tree is the way for them to learn -- if you can handle them, you can handle anything.

Sounds like as good a justification as I can come up with for such a beast (wife understands that I'm partial to the old column shift, but keeps telling me no more new old cars!)

Nice buy. You'll be surprised at what that straight-6 can do!

Well then when your all clean come back and have another look.

Had to smile, brought back memories of me taking my driver's test in a 1954 Ford pickup. Had to have a blanket on the seat so's the state cop wouldn't get his butt snagged on a seat spring. Nice ride. Bink
