Numbers Matching Question

Would this be considered a Numbers Matching car? I do not have a build sheet for the Charger. Looking to sell the car but need to be sure if it's a Numbers car or not. Appreciate all your input folks. I do trust your opinions and constructive criticism. I.ve learned a lot from all of you and yes I do have thick skin. THANKS!

last 8 digits on the engine plate


last 6 digits 141488 on the upper cowl top of firewall driver side


last 6 digits 141488 on the radiator cross member support


and my fender tag. I do have a 2nd tag next to this one and it has 26 - END WH23 H3G 141488

Yes. If I was your buyer I would also be looking at all date codes but the VIN in this case matches the engine stamp, body and fender tag.

"Matching numbers" means all components related by VIN. which identifies said components as assembled at the factory. ( body, engine, trans ).
