Octane Booster

Using Lucas Octane Booster and the car seems to like it. It says one bottle can be used for up to 25 gallons. Any harm is using a higher mixture. I wouldn't think so but thought I would the Gurus on the site

Check their web site. But most manufactures say more won't hurt anything.Lucas makes good products. I use their green stuff to ward off the alcohol gremlins in all my stuff.Keeps the carbs clean and running well on my Zuma scooters,mowers,etc.

More octane than required, actually drops power.

I use Lucas and no more Knockta-Ping or Baoosh-Kapopata. One bottle per 16 gal seems to work fine.

Any harm is using a higher mixture.

Typically these boosters contain toluene, which can dissolve rubber hoses etc. in higher concentrations.
