This is a OEM 1958 to 1971 Big Block Harmonic Balancer, MB-1604-2.
All bolt holes and rubber are in good shape. It includes the pulley
bolts, and the crankshaft bolt and washer. This is for the internally
balanced engines with a forged crankshaft ONLY, and will NOT work
on the 1970 and up externally balanced 440HP or cast crank 400 or
