This is a Mopar OEM Dodge/Plymouth Rear License Plate Mounting Panel with
spring Hinge Part #2188619. It came off of a 1964 Dodge Polara 500, but
Will work on all 1962-1965 Plymouth & Dodge B-Body Polara, Coronet,
Belvedere, Fury2 door and 4 door models (except station wagon). Panel,
hinge and spring is in good working condition. Spring feels tight when
operating hinge. Panel is in good original condition. Two rubber bumpers
(2252184) are present. $30.00 OBO. Local Pickup, or buyer pays shipping.
