OL McDOUGAL...THEY WERE CARS ....:(

Cool to see this video. 1972 and the intact 67 GTO 4 speed the kid is playing in is only 5 years old and going away soon. Had the stock number written on the door.

Having wasted too much time at SIR, Seattle International raceway (now Pacific Raceway) I recognize the track and the setting. All the trees in the background of the junkyard say it's in the same area as the racetrack.

Then the green Torino Type NW pictured below. It was a northwest special package of a budget musclecar. Black painted rocker area with a white stripes and Type NW decal at the rear of the rocker panel in front of rear wheel well. Blackout hood with hood pins. Sport mirrors. Bench seats interiors. Argent wheels with rings and caps. Most had a 302 or 351 Windsor, a 351 C 4bbl was an option and they made a few with 429's.

Here is a link to a discussion. 1970 Torino type N/W

I saw many around back in the day, never knew they only made 395 of them.

1970 - 1972 Torinos might just be the only Fords I like. (Excluding the Australian variants like the Falcon XB's)
68-9 Torinos are my fav.....I like the 49-51's SHOEBOXES also with rear wheel well radiused with big slicks n straight axle for the GASSER look too

Really liked these before driving years.

There was a very very clean survivor 71 GT at the local ford dealer.
351C 4bbl console auto factory AM/FM dark green white interior, magnum 500's.
Just a sweet car. Always wonder what happened to it.
