Anybody that likes early sixties GM convertibles, may want to yak with me. Poncho, Olds, Caddy....we have completes & partials with all their respective parts.
62 Bonneville 'vert(same lines as 62 Grand Prix, but longer quarters), complete together car, sitting 20 yrs, a good pre flight would probably result in turn key driver. Straight car, which is plus because its one of the harder shapes to block(the GP has been arduous, harder than the 59 post bel air i did in 90's)
Ticket for Bonnie is seven K. Lien sale.....no paper. An even straighter 62 Olds Starfire 'vert for 10 K. The brushed aluminum & stainless trim in 9 point condition far as i can tell. Lien sale. If we move a couple boats, Pete will buy the fake pherarri, so it stays in Family.....i feel strongly that either of these cars pulled out, fluids replaced, turn motors through manually....fill cans with marvel, they'd be turn key drivers.
Couple shots of Homie carving out on GP.....that 3 foot block is a bad boy..see the three rods poking out of the heel of it.....for adjusting firmness and conformability...convex compound, pull all 3 rods to bend block to shape. The long round one He's using is just 3 ft, small diameter flourescent light tube.....helps keep from 'valleying' the reverse peaks.
